Make sure the powder coat you’re using does not contain Teflon.

For the most part as long as the driving bands are good. You are good to go.
This is such a easy way to do it. Just swirl and bake. I don’t use the air-soft bb’s (Im lazy and dont want to pick them out) Just bake as per the instruction on the powder coating.
The bhn of these came out at BHN of 22.8 I plan to push them between 1853 fps and 2510 fps and size them to 309 I will also try them with and with out gas checks. Then run a 7mm bore scope and video the bore to see if we got any leading once I get the load worked up.
They were Wheel weights and water quenched.
