I have seen a lost of copies of a list like this over the years. However I think this is the best one with all the other channels.
I want to make a personal note here: Its important to get your ham license before the S.H.T.F. Its very unlikely you will be able to use ham equipment with out the proper knowledge or experience to deal with RFI or Propagation. Check out the source link below for more info and frequencies.

Important information to know. I would hope that those that feel being able to communicate after an “event” would seriously consider getting a ham license. Read all the articles out there on EMP but you will still need to know more technical details about propagation of RF signals and antennas that would work best for your situation. Studying for the ham license, especially the General or Extra, will cover all that and more.
