Paleo Keto Pumpkin Breakfast Porridge

Its the Paleo “Oatmeal” I eat this 3-5 times a week when i’m rushed to get out the door. It fills me up way past lunch, I have lots of energy and this does not spike my sugar( As a type 2 diabetic I pass on sugar spiking things).

2 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp Coconut flour
3 Tbsp. Whole flaxseeds or flaxseed meal
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp Cinnamon (Up to you )
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (Up to you)

toppings almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, butter …Just anything you feel like or want. I use salt 🙂
